PSALM 104

Bless the LORD, my soul! LORD, my God, you are great indeed!

You are clothed with majesty and glory, robed in light as with a cloak. You spread out the heavens like a tent;

You made springs flow into channels that wind among the mountains. They give drink to every beast of the field…

Beside them the birds of heaven nest; among the branches they sing.

These verses of Ps 104 really speak to the glory of God’s creation and salvation.  IF we take the time, we can see signs of God’s loving creation and salvation around us wherever we happen to be.

A Sister happened to be on her daily walk, and she spied this lovely owl.  It was being what it is and thus “singing among the branches.”
