In order to make room for large construction equipment needed on this project,  we had to remove a few trees from our property. It made us sad, so we were very happy to see a Japanese maple saved this week!

Japanese maple begins move from courtyard

We brought in a special piece of equipment to carefully remove the maple from its home in our courtyard, to be transplanted elsewhere on the property. Many hands helped keep the tree safe during its move.

We’re very grateful to the workers for taking such special care of this tree and look forward to watching it grow over the years.
